TERMS OF USE

I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') govern the access and use of the RESTAFF application (hereinafter referred to as the 'Application'), provided by the Advertising and Propaganda Agency RESTAFF, located at Cara Dušana 192, 73302 Foča, Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'). By using the Application, you accept these Terms and agree to the processing of your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
II. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
RESTAFF is a platform that connects employers and job seekers in the industry. Employers can create job advertisements, while job seekers can create profiles with skills and experience to find jobs more easily. The services of the application include:
- Creating profiles and posting advertisements.
- Searching for advertisements.
- Contacting candidates/employers after application approval.
- Editing and promoting advertisements.
III. REGISTRATION AND USAGE
- Registration: Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. By using the application, you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Creating Ads: After successful registration, users can create ads with clear job descriptions and requirements.
- Ad Search: Ads can be easily searched using various filters and categories.
- Communication: Employers can contact candidates once they submit their applications for a job.
- Promotion of Ads: Users can use the ad promotion option to increase visibility in search results.
IV. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users are required to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating profiles.
- Not use the Application for illegal purposes or contrary to applicable laws.
- Not upload content that violates the rights of third parties or is inappropriate.
V. COMPANY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company reserves the right to:
- Remove inappropriate or illegal content.
- Restrict access to users who violate the Terms or the law.
- Modify or supplement the functionality of the application without prior notice.
VI. Token Purchase and Payment
Users can purchase tokens that are used to promote ads. Transactions are non-refundable unless technical issues caused by the application arise.
VII. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application. Users are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information they provide.
VIII. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
All legal disputes arising from or related to the use of the RESTAFF application are subject to the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court for resolving disputes shall be the competent court in Belgrade, unless applicable laws expressly provide otherwise. These Terms of Use, as well as all disputes arising from them, are interpreted and resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
IX. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to change the Terms of Use. All changes will be communicated to users via email or within the application.
